First of all, relax. Easier said than done, I know. But it's the best way to get the menstrual cup in and out.
For the first few times you're going to need to take your time. But no fears dear. After about 3 or 4 times you'll have the cup mastered!
Mantra: relax, fold, squeeze and insert.
For removal: RELAX, squeeze and gently pull side to side until you feel it lose suction.
The best tip ever for getting your cup to fit and feel like it's not there is to simply cut off it's tip. YES, that's right! You wont lose it- I promise! Mines nearly all gone and I wouldn't have it any other way.
